Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TilesWizard mobile application ("TilesWizard" or the "App"), provided by Greensmart LLC ("Greensmart LLC," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using TilesWizard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
TilesWizard is a sliding tile puzzle game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. License to Use TilesWizard
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Greensmart LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use TilesWizard on a device that you own or control for your personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
TilesWizard, including its name, logo, artwork, graphics, puzzle designs, software, text, interface, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Greensmart LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Greensmart LLC.
4. Game Content and Features
Greensmart LLC may modify, update, add, or remove features of TilesWizard from time to time. Puzzle sizes, game modes, scoring systems, hints, image features, and other gameplay elements may be changed as the App is updated.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available.
5. User-Provided Images
TilesWizard may allow you to use images from your device to create personalized puzzles.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any image that you select or upload for use with the App.
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of another person or organization.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
TilesWizard may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Greensmart LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services or advertisements.
7. Purchases and In-App Features
If TilesWizard offers paid features, subscriptions, premium puzzle sizes, removal of advertisements, or other in-app purchases, those transactions may be processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Any purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse TilesWizard or attempt to interfere with its operation.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, servers, or related services, or use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
9. Updates
Greensmart LLC may release updates to TilesWizard from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, new features, gameplay changes, or other modifications.
Some features may not function properly if you do not install available updates.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TilesWizard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Greensmart LLC does not warrant that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or other defects.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greensmart LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of TilesWizard.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
Greensmart LLC may discontinue or suspend TilesWizard, or your access to particular features of the App, at any time where permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using TilesWizard at any time by deleting the App from your device.
13. Privacy
Your use of TilesWizard is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.

14. Changes to These Terms
Greensmart LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of TilesWizard after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Greensmart LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
