Greensmart LLC ("Greensmart," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the TilesWizard mobile application ("TilesWizard" or the "App").
TilesWizard is designed not to collect or store personal information directly from users.

Greensmart LLC does not directly collect, request, or store personal information through TilesWizard.
TilesWizard does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address in order to play the game.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
TilesWizard may store certain game settings, preferences, puzzle progress, scores, and other game-related information locally on your device so that the App can function properly. This information is not transmitted to Greensmart LLC and is not used by Greensmart LLC to identify you personally.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
TilesWizard may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, to display advertisements within the App.
These third-party services may collect or receive certain information from your device, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, diagnostic information, and information related to advertising interactions, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Greensmart LLC does not control the information collected by these third-party services. Their use of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. In-App Purchases
TilesWizard may offer optional in-app purchases, including the ability to remove advertisements or unlock additional puzzle sizes.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and may be managed using RevenueCat, a third-party service that helps manage in-app purchase entitlements. Greensmart LLC does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
Information relating to purchases and entitlements may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.
5. Game Center
TilesWizard may use Apple's Game Center to submit game scores and provide leaderboard functionality.
Game Center is operated by Apple. Information associated with Game Center, including your Game Center identity, achievements, and leaderboard information, is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy policies and applicable terms.
6. Privacy of Minors
TilesWizard is not intended to collect personal information from minors. Greensmart LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from minors through the App.
If you believe that a minor has provided personal information through TilesWizard, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
7. Data Security
Because Greensmart LLC does not directly collect or maintain personal information through TilesWizard, Greensmart LLC does not maintain a database of users' personal information collected through the App.
8. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device and location, you may have choices regarding personalized advertising and the use of advertising identifiers. You can manage available privacy and advertising settings through your device's operating system settings.
You may also choose to purchase the Remove Ads option, when available, to disable advertisements within TilesWizard.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
