Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Champkers mobile application ("Champkers" or the "App"), provided by Greensmart LLC ("Greensmart LLC," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Champkers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Champkers is a checkers game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The App may include games against computer-controlled opponents, different difficulty levels, timed challenges, scoring, statistics, saved games, and other gameplay features.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. License to Use Champkers
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Greensmart LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Champkers on a device that you own or control for your personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
Champkers, including its name, logo, artwork, graphics, checkerboard design, game pieces, software, text, interface, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Greensmart LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Greensmart LLC.
4. Gameplay, Scores, and Features
Champkers may offer different computer difficulty levels, time controls, jump rules, multi-jump options, move history, undo and redo functions, statistics, saved games, leaderboards, and other features. Features may vary by version or device.
Game results, scores, statistics, saved games, and leaderboard entries may depend on the App's local storage, Game Center, or other supported services. We do not guarantee that scores, records, or saved progress will always be available or preserved.
Greensmart LLC may modify, update, add, or remove gameplay features from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available.
5. Game Center and Third-Party Services
Champkers may support Apple Game Center or other third-party services for features such as leaderboards or achievements. Availability may depend on your device, account, network connection, service settings, and the third party's continued operation.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers. Greensmart LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
6. Advertising
Champkers may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. Advertisements may be displayed in formats such as banners or interstitial ads.
The availability and content of advertisements may vary. Greensmart LLC does not guarantee that any particular advertisement will be displayed or that third-party advertising services will always be available.
Third-party advertising services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable settings.
7. In-App Purchases
Champkers may offer optional in-app purchases, including features related to computer difficulty, timed challenges, or the removal of advertisements. The features offered and their prices will be presented through the applicable purchase interface.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms, payment procedures, and refund policies. Greensmart LLC does not control Apple's payment processing or refund decisions.
Access to purchased features may depend on the availability of the App, your account, and the applicable purchase-validation service.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse Champkers or attempt to interfere with its operation.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, servers, or related services, or use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
9. Updates and Availability
Greensmart LLC may release updates to Champkers from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, new features, gameplay changes, or other modifications.
We do not guarantee that Champkers will be available on every device or operating system version, or that it will operate without interruption or error. Some features may not function properly if you do not install available updates.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Champkers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Greensmart LLC does not warrant that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or other defects.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greensmart LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Champkers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
Greensmart LLC may discontinue or suspend Champkers, or your access to particular features of the App, where permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using Champkers at any time by deleting the App from your device.
13. Privacy
Your use of Champkers is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.

14. Changes to These Terms
Greensmart LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Champkers after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Greensmart LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
