Greensmart LLC ("Greensmart," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Champkers mobile application ("Champkers" or the "App").
Champkers is designed not to collect or store personal information directly from users. Certain features and third-party services, including advertising and Game Center, may process information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Greensmart LLC does not directly request or maintain personal information such as your name, home address, telephone number, or email address through Champkers in order for you to play the game.
Champkers does not require you to create a separate Greensmart LLC account to play. However, certain services and features may process information as described below.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Champkers may store game-related information locally on your device, including game settings, preferences, statistics, saved game results, and other information needed for the App to function properly.
Information stored locally on your device is not necessarily transmitted to Greensmart LLC and is not, by itself, used by Greensmart LLC to identify you personally.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Champkers may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, to display advertisements within the App.
These third-party services may collect or receive certain information from your device, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, diagnostic information, and information related to advertising interactions, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Greensmart LLC does not control the information collected by these third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

4. In-App Purchases
Champkers may offer optional in-app purchases, including purchases that remove advertisements, if available.
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Champkers may use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements and related subscription or purchase status. Greensmart LLC does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials through the App.
Information relating to purchases and entitlements may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.
5. Game Center and Leaderboards
Champkers may use Apple's Game Center to provide leaderboard functionality or other game-related features.
If you use Game Center features, Apple may process information associated with your Game Center account, player identity, scores, and leaderboard participation. This information is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy policies and applicable terms.
Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices. Greensmart LLC does not control how Apple collects or uses information through Game Center.
6. Online Features and Third-Party Services
If Champkers uses online services or features, information necessary to provide those features may be processed by the relevant service provider. The information processed depends on the features you use and the services enabled in the version of the App you are using.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Please review those policies to understand how they handle information.
7. Privacy of Minors
Greensmart LLC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors through Champkers. Champkers users should also be aware that advertising, Game Center, and other third-party services may have their own age-related requirements and data practices.
If you believe that a minor has provided personal information directly to Greensmart LLC through Champkers, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
8. Data Security
Greensmart LLC takes reasonable steps to protect any information it directly handles. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information stored on your device or handled by third-party services is subject to the security measures and practices of your device and those service providers.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may have choices regarding personalized advertising and the use of advertising identifiers. You can manage available privacy and advertising settings through your device's operating system settings.
If an option to remove advertisements is available, you may purchase it through the App's in-app purchase feature. The availability and effect of this option may depend on the version of Champkers you use.
You may also manage your use of Apple Game Center through the settings and controls provided by Apple.
10. Data Retention
Game-related information stored locally on your device generally remains there until it is deleted by you, removed when you uninstall the App, or otherwise cleared according to your device's settings and behavior.
Information handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third-party service providers is retained according to their respective policies and applicable legal requirements.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how Champkers handles information.
